The Roselli Opening Knife is a gut hook, which is used to slice hides from the inside, because they’re less likely to get bound up with fur or other debris from the hide’s exterior. This one has a blunt tip, to reduce the chance of puncturing internal organs and making a mess. This long time favourite with its rounded tip is a reliable blade for safely and cleanly opening any game from deer to large moose. Made from high-carbon steel.
