The Ultra-High-Carbon knives have a carbon content of 1.5%-2.0%, and are hardened to 66-68 Rockwell, making them some of the toughest knives available.  The quality of Roselli has been independently tested many times, and the UHC is internationally recognized as the hardest steel in any modern knife, unmatched compared to any other premium brand on Earth.

This knife is the original Roselli, with a minimalist design dating back to 1976. Truly made for the hunter and is the perfect companion when handling medium to large sized game. It has proven itself in outback activities for over 40 years, and takes on outdoor life, hunting, fishing and camping with ease.

The blade is made from UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel and the handle is cut from heat treated curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet.  Comes with handcrafted sheath of dark vegetable tanned Finnish leather.

Crafted, sharpened and perfected by hand in Harmoinen, Finland.
